A coach that reads your notes
After every visit, call or email, the coach reads what you wrote and asks the question that would help most next time. It works from your words, and it shows you where everything came from.
What happens when you save a note
-
1
Your note is saved
Straight away, before the coach sees it. If anything goes wrong later, your note is safe.
-
2
The coach reads it
Alongside what you already know about the customer and your earlier answers.
-
3
The record is updated
New details go under the right question, each with the words from your note.
-
4
It asks a question
One or two follow-up questions, one at a time. You can answer, skip or say you don’t know yet.
-
5
It may suggest an email
A follow-up for you to check, edit and send from your own email.
How it avoids making things up
AI can sound sure of things it has invented. The coach is built so that you can always check it.
-
It has to quote you
Every statement it adds to a customer record must include the exact words from your note. The app checks the words are really there. If they aren’t, the statement is thrown away.
-
It keeps three things apart
What the customer said, what you think, and what the coach suggests are labelled differently. Coach suggestions only join the record if you accept them.
-
You check what it summarises
Anything the coach has summarised is marked “not yet checked” until you confirm, correct or remove it.
-
Nothing is overwritten
When something changes, the earlier information is kept and the conflict is shown for you to resolve.
-
Unknown stays unknown
If your notes don’t cover a question, the coach leaves it as not discovered rather than guessing.
What the coach sees
The coach uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It is sent only what it needs to coach you on one customer.
It is sent
- The customer’s first name
- The development they’re interested in, and the agreed next step
- Your notes about the customer
- What is already recorded against the ten questions
- Your earlier answers to its questions
- Your company’s approved sales guidance
It is never sent
- The customer’s email address or phone number
- Anyone else’s private notes
- Anything about other customers
Before launch, each client agrees how customer information is collected, used, kept and deleted. We don’t describe the app as compliant with any law on its own. That depends on how it is set up and used.
