Six Week Sales Bootcamp

The six-week programme

Six weeks of short classes and real practice. Consultants learn the ten discovery questions in the masterclasses, then use them with the customers they meet that week.

What each consultant gets

Eight masterclasses

Short video classes with a PDF to keep. Each person marks a class complete when they’ve watched it, and can replay it until their access ends.

A record for every customer

One record per customer that builds up with every visit, call and email. The original note is always kept, even after a correction.

The ten discovery questions

After the first enquiry, consultants reflect on the ten questions. Partial answers and “I don’t know yet” are both fine.

A coach after every note

The coach reads each note, updates what you know about the customer and asks one or two follow-up questions.

Follow-up emails

The coach can suggest a follow-up email. You edit it, open it in your own email app and send it yourself.

A message each morning

A short motivational message on the home screen every day of the programme.

A library of resources

Checklists, guides and the class PDFs in one place you can search.

A weekly feedback question

On Wednesdays, one question about how the programme is going. Replies come from a named person.

Updates in one place

Programme announcements, class reminders and useful articles in a single feed.

Your content, your sales approach

The programme is set up for each client. Before a cohort starts, we agree:

  • The eight class topics, presenters and dates.
  • Your approved sales approach, which the coach uses as guidance.
  • Who sees what: for example, whether managers can read their team’s customer records.
  • Who answers the weekly feedback, and who people contact for support.
  • How long people keep access after the six weeks.
