Six Week Sales Bootcamp

Support your team without scoring them

Every Friday, see what your team has recorded, how far each person is through the course and how much they’ve discovered about their customers. Use it to start a helpful conversation.

Three things, kept separate

The overview never adds these up into a single number. Each tells you something different.

Activity this week

How many interactions each person recorded, how many customers they were with, and whether they answered the Wednesday question.

Course progress

Which classes each person has opened and marked complete. Marking complete is their own record, not proof they watched it.

Discovery recorded

For each of the ten questions, how many customers have it discovered, partly discovered or not yet.

Compare early and recent notes

Pick two of a consultant’s notes and read them side by side, with what was recorded against the ten questions at each point. The app shows you both. You and the consultant decide what has changed.

  • People are listed alphabetically. There are no rankings or league tables.
  • Private notes stay private. You see that one exists, not what it says.
  • A consultant’s answers to the coach are only visible to them, unless your company agrees otherwise.
  • The overview says plainly that it doesn’t measure selling skill or prove that sales have gone up.

Also for managers

Wednesday feedback

Read your team’s answers to the weekly question, reply, and say what will happen next.

Updates

Post announcements, class reminders and useful articles to your team’s feed.

Customer records

Read your team’s customer records to prepare for a coaching conversation. You can’t change them.

Thinking about it for your sales team?

Book a call. We’ll show you the programme with example customers and talk through what your first cohort would need.
